4. What is the one way I can control what is holding me back on the inside?

5.Is there a way to control what is holding me back on the outside of me?

HELPERS.... life3

HELP #1 If you have a big question you can’t answer then ask yourself this question ten times and write a different answer each time. Out of the ten answers which one is the best answer for this question? That is, which answer made the most sense?

Remember your answers don’t need to be complicated. There is no right or wrong answer. They can be as simple as a compass dial or as complex as a blueprint. The choice is yours. But by asking yourself these questions you’re bringing your deep thoughts, feelings and desires into sharper focus. And you’re creating a new and genuine guide to success.

Discovering the physical and mental actions you need to take you’re creating your very own mental success process. Remember repetition causes change. And the first few times it takes some real effort. But having a clear, well thought out and written plan is worth all your time and energy.

HELP #2 Use the Who what when where why how method… these are all the things that will affect your goals and life.

HELP #3 Rely a lot on your www.changing-my-life pages. They are based on decades of research to find the best insights for you… a lot of the wisdom come from people of past centuries. HELP

HELP #4 L.A.M.P.S. Technology… Technology means “Applications of tools and methods” Especially go to the L.A.M.P.S. pages here on the website.

HELP #5… Life tools is one of the best places to find ways to take action… HELP #6… The books “Fresh Brewed You” (books 1&2) is your place to find matter-of-fact…realistic and sensible information about you changing your life …you know living the life you’ve only dreamed about.

GOALS and L.A.M.P.S. Technology LEGITIMATE…Decide what you want to achieve. Write out exactly what you can make a part of your life and your life part of what you want. You must be able to eventually become part of what you want and what you must have part of you. You must live it. Your actions and plans must get the job done.

MEASURED… You keep a general idea of how you are spending your time. Your 20% top tasks. Keep in the back of your mind the Japanese method of action called Kaizen. You take any task big or small and do it in easy and tiny steps. Break down everything into small and logical steps. Use your own mind mapping technique and discover exactly what you must have in detail. life3

Use your L.A.M.P.S. Technology to make clear your path clear by lighting each step you are going to take. Don’t set a time frame when this goal must be achieved unless there is a real imposed deadline. But set an action time to start each day. Keep yourself accountable for how you use your time. Make the best use of you time working on your top 20% vital actions not on your 80% feel-good-time-wasters.

Have an easy to remember plan that you can easily fit into your life. You may have to change part or all of your life. How bad do you want it?

Write out the “big why” for any big goal. You may not like what you have to do to get what you want but you must to whatever it takes. For example…you might not like your job but maybe your big why is to get the best for you and those you love. So you work at that job. Your big why may not be what’s in it for you. Failure is different from a mistake. Mistakes show you are taking action. Mistakes are how you learn (when you don’t have a mentor). Mistakes are good. Failure is you giving up. Failure is not good. Keep your whole life in perspective by being grateful for what you have. Get excited by having hope in what is to come. See you sharing and helping others. Be a little kinder in the process.

9 Areas of You Life Spiritual… your religion, spirituality, and connection with God. This is what you pray for and how you pray. Physical Health… How do you take care of yourself? Exercise, weight, herbs, food choices and general health issues etc… Mental Health…

Your thoughts and feelings about the world, your self talk and what you believe about yourself. Your beliefs creatre your acrions.

Job… Your job, career, business, and other ways you make money. Answers how these are or are not related to your purpose. Family… Family is important. A GOOD FAMILY is vital to your life.

Friends… Relationships and how they affect your life. Service… Your contribution to the Universe, your value. What you want to give back to the community.

Money… What you can earn and give. How can you be a bigger value to the world to earn more and then give more? Special… That special big dream and goal. Write the one thing unique thing you want to do… “You know… your I always wanted to do that” dream stuck in the back of your mind

CONCLUSION...Changing your life means mustering the courage to change your beliefs 1. Who do you think you are? Not what your ego tells you 2. Who you really are is all about your effortrs in life to earn self-esteem and not what the flattery of the world smacks on you.

Finding what you really want from life goes way beyond what your ego wants...that is ...everybody wants money, nice home, hot car etc...but your question must be "What must I contribute to the world or one humand or non human creature?
