5 Simple Steps to Achieve Huge Improvements... Using Change1

Your 5 easy success tips for using change1

Are you nervous about changing something in your life? Your life adjustments can create fear. Use change1

Fear can keep you from taking new actions. You have been conditioned by your feelings. You feelings become you thoughts and then your beliefs.

You accept or reject with fear or faith.

You allow fear or faith to form your beliefs… including changes. You need to know and control your deepest beliefs. If you can’t do it alone then you need to get some help. A mentor or teacher is your perfect help.

But understanding your settled purpose is your real key to changing things in your life. Having a purpose reduces your fears and you can change most anything without a lot of anxiety. Decide not changing is unacceptable.

Your life adjustments cause stress because it is unknown territory.

Here are 5 ways to keep living with purpose even through changes

1.Write positive statements you can use when you start fearing anything. Use statements like “I can get through this, nothing lasts forever or I might be afraid but this won’t hurt or kill me.”

2. Have a plan so you will be prepared. Expect your best but prepare for your worst.

3.Create a new set of crystal clear visions for your life. See exactly what you want to do in your mind’s eye.

4. Face what you fear and you to reduce your anxiety. Learn more concerning what you fear and you won’t fear it for long.

5. Quit believing your worst fears are going to happen. And if they do…so what? Move forward and try again.

MUST DO LAGNIAPPE… unexpected bonus or extra… (What you must go through to get your must have)... You must make a sincere effort to doing things differently to pull off a transformation in your life.

CONCLUSION… Life is full of pits and ruts you can fall into. Fear is all around you but no need to be within you… its your choice.
